Tomorrow, Friday, May 7th at 9am MT (11am ET/8am PT) will be an AMAZING M-B-S- REMOTE RECHARGE class with Teauhna Chavez! ALL ages invited. Cardio, stretching, breathwork, energy sensing, meditation, FUN! This is unlike ANY other class available, and only recently made available online for the first time in over four centuries. ;) This is the precursor to Vibravision and the other Merpati Putih Energy Arts exercises and you WILL leave feeling better and more energized than when the class starts. :)
