Alright everyone, it's time. The next big video is going to be published this Friday, January 31st, at 3 PM Central US Time.
This one took me a long time, it's the same length as the Dark Souls video, had even more effort put into it, yet surprisingly took me three months less than the Dark Souls one to make. I'm aiming to cut that production time down even further this year.
For now, hope you all enjoy this one. It's been a hell of a journey working on it. c:

Y'know after thinking about it more, if I drop the video less than a week before the US election the algorithm is gonna kick my ass. And by that I mean, not notice me at all, and I hate that I have to take that into account. So as much as I want to get the video uploaded on Halloween, I'm gonna have to hold off until like, November 15th or so.
On the bright side, this lets me look for a potential sponsorship to make up for lost time, and I'm very nearly done with the whole vid. I'll keep you all posted. c: for now, plan for November 15th

Okay yall I'm getting VERY close to getting this next video done but I don't think I'll make the sorta-hard deadline. However it DID motivate me to get a lot more done much faster, which was the intended goal anyway. So, instead of just, pushing it a few days I'm just gonna drop it on Halloween, 5 PM CST. This gives me some more time to finish -and- do some extra proofreading/viewing and such.
For some reason putting it up on the spooky night itself just seemed fitting so, we'll go with that.

Okay, after evaluating how much I've got left to do, I'm giving myself a hard (kinda) upload date for the new video.
October 18th, 5PM CST. See you then!
Also, I'm going to TRY and make sure there's at most a four month gap between big projects from now on. But given the scale of the NEXT game I'm making a video on

Mkay so, few parts of the video have taken me longer than expected and I may not be able to get it done before the end of the month. But, it should hopefully be at most two weeks into October by the time it's done.
Somehow a huge, high effort video on Hunt Down the Freeman going up in Spooky Month is oddly fitting.

Another update for you all on the next Big Video!
Progress has, sadly, slowed since I've just now gotten sick and can't concentrate on work, and ALSO because I'm trying to learn some GMod Animation for gag in the new video, and one addon that'd help with that has apparently been broken for about a month.
Still, I've made quite a bit of progress. to give you context behind this image: this is the editing timeline in Davinci Resolve, audio is in green and video is in blue. Altogether, the video is going to be about 2 hours and 15 minutes long, and I'm about 60-65% of the way done.

Hey folks! Been a few months so, wanna give you all an update.
The next Big Video is in the works and is going smoothly, if a bit slowly (I'm working with a new editing software for this one so I'm having to re-learn a few things), it's looking to be another two hour long, high effort video so look forward to that! No idea when it'll be done but I'm hoping in the next month and a half.
Second, we kinda blew past several milestones as the channel has hit over a 150k Subs AND the Dark Souls video has now passed 4 -million- views, which is just kinda fucking insane. I never thought I'd see numbers like those and I don't really know how to feel to be honest.
On one hand, obviously I'm happy people are enjoying my work so much. On the other, my brain is going 'Oh god that's a lot of new eyes on me and it's outside my main audience now, UHHHHH-???' and I'm kinda nervous, not gonna lie. We'll see how things go from here, but I've at least been feeling more confident about the direction the channel is taking, despite how slow it's new format is. Hope to have more for you all soon!

Quick Update: Video finished re-uploading, just waiting on YouTube's copyright checks now. Which are OF COURSE taking longer than usual. :)

Gonna need like, another half hour folks. Spotted some artifacting issues with the video's final render at the last minute, that made me pull my hair out fixing. It's fixed and uploading now, but gonna be just a few minutes late.
I'm done with Adobe's programs after this, lmao. Gonna try and learn new editing software.
