Greg Pollard was born in Inglewood, California and raised in Los Angeles, California where he graduated from Serra HS(Gardena, California) in 1995.

Greg was awarded a football scholarship to Colorado State University where he played Defensive Tackle/End and earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts in 2000. Greg then went on to play in the Canadian Football League (British Columbia Lions).

Greg started a successful career in Education as Athletic Director at Challengers Boys and Girls (Los Angeles), Substitute Teacher/Football Coach in Baldwin Park Unified School District, followed by English/Language Arts Teacher at Erikson High School (San Fernando Valley, California) and Inglewood High School (Inglewood, California).

Greg moved from California to Colorado in 2009 where he continued in Education as a Dean of Students at Aurora West College Prep Academy where he started a mentoring/leadership program for at-risk males (SHARP Brothas). Greg then went
