Experience Three Festive tales in December 2021 with ADVENT. The first trailer is now live! Check it out here!
Set on Christmas Eve, Advent revolves around three festive tales of magical delights all stemming from a local Tree switch on party, overseen by The Mayor (Arthur Bostrom).
In the first story, HO HO HOSTAGE, a family and their friends are stuck within the shopping centre, menaced by three inept burglars, only to find help from a jolly stranger claiming to be the real Father Christmas.
In the second tale, THREE GHOSTS, a family on the brink of shattering are each visited by a supernatural presence, one of the past, one of the present and another of the future, forcing the family to see what really matters at Christmas, in this unique and updated version of Dickens Christmas Carol.
In the final tale, DOMINIK, a young man has made his one and only appearance at a nearby midnight mass within the past few years, prompting speculation as to who he is by the churchgoers. As they discover more, a heartbreaking & lonely past is brought to life.
ADVENT is produced by Pat the Bull Films & Lightbeam Productions in association with Charlie Duckerin films, 5cm/Sec and ICI Films.

In honour of World Aids Day, GRID is still online for you to view.
We sent GRID around the world before it came our publicly. As a writer, I wanted you, the audience to know what was going on in the UK when AIDS first starting appearing. How it was initially known as GRID. And how families had just simply left their sons to die, alone in a hospital room.
I also wanted you to know, that for every bit of research I had looked into while writing this, research that showed the dark side and ignorance of humanity, I also found equal amounts of hope and love for these men. In many different forms.
For every nurse who at the time refused to treat a patient, there were volunteers with many a kind heart who would sit with them. To make sure they were never alone.
While GRID is fictitious, it was made to highlight the devastating early years of AIDS in the UK.
I could not have done this without a beautiful cast and crew too. Without a doubt this was one of the most emotional and difficult films I've ever had to make.
Dedicated to those lost in days passed, and those still fighting. You have our love and support. Always x
