Boris Korczak is an Ex CIA access double agent who spied for the U.S. Government for 7 years against Soviet KGB. He infiltrated the KGB in the 1970's and was exposed by an intoxicated American diplomat attending USSR Embassy' October Revolution reception in 1979. He fled to the United States in 1980 and had many attempts on his life. In 1981 he was shot with a poisoned pellet containing ricin in Giant Food Store in Virginia. Was it the KGB or was it the CIA? He appeared on many TV and radio shows, telling the public that a dishonest policy toward agents can cripple HUMINT aperations,(human intelligence), all around the world.
Korczak experienced many of the same obstacles that outed CIA agent Valery Plame did.
To date, he has recieved no compensation from the United States or the CIA. The Federal Court of Claims on the base of Totten Doctrine chose not to allow Korczak to sue the CIA. Korczak believes the US Government is a crooked government. He is now US Citizen and a vocal advocate for human rights.
Korczak is putting the finishing touches on his book about his life.
