Like, comment, and vote for the algorithm!! Which of our body MRI courses are you going to start with first?
We've added 20 Biliary MRI full DICOM cases -- hand picked to include THE most essential pathologies you need to know. Join at www.navigatingradiology.com/ to work through these and check out our other CT and MRI courses.

Our completed courses have walkthroughs of imaging findings with links to key findings, and learning material that teaches you what you need to know. The new Biliary MR course is being built, so walkthroughs and learning materials are pending, but available for our other courses.

CASE CONTEST ANSWER: Hernia with Small Bowel Strangulation.

Answer with walkthrough of findings here: www.pacsbin.com/c/Zy71Y8Y99c .
Go to navigatingradiology.com for 100s of similar cases and courses with the most important things you need to know!

Unfortunately, nobody got the case fully correct. We had >20 submissions on YouTube and our Website -- many mentioned the hernia, but nobody correctly identified the findings of ischemia that require urgent OR! This is an important pearl related to a commonly missed finding. Stay tuned for the next one!
