About
My gear is an American Strat, a Fender Pro 185 amp, and a Digitech RP12 multieffects pedal. Most U2 stuff is achieved from the pedal using light distortion, compressor, and delay (obviously). Pickup switch has to be 1 up from the bottom to get that Edge'y sound. That combined with picking the strings the right way is most of that full sound. I apologize to anyone I don't get back to. Sometime's my life gets busy and I'm away from the pc for a few days. I can't believe all the awesome comments people have left me. I appreciate it a whole lot. I didn't anticipate people wanting my help to learn songs. I don't use tabs but I'll try to get some videos out there showing some fret positions, etc.
