Whats good world! Its BARNATURALPREZ and im here to bring you Fitness and Wellness knowledge that I have personally found to be effective for me. Im not a doctor, nor am I giving medical advice. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and also went to college for Exercise Science and Nutrition. I don't train only calisthenics. I mix calisthenics and weight training to produce optimal results. So overtime you will see different programs and different routines based off of how I am training during that specific time.
