Been feeling a lot better since I got rid of the Discord server. Feels like I can breathe again for the first time. Still a little anxious about some things, but overall I feel pretty good about my decision.

So I killed my Discord server cause it was going to shit. So many people kept royally fucking up and for MONTHS I'd been letting it go cause someone, one person who I thought was my friend told me to let it go.
But when I found sabotage and douchebaggery in that friend's behavior (so much so EVERYONE OF MY FRIENDS AND MY HUSBAND COULD SEE IT BUT ME), I knew something was wrong and I had to end things finally.
It's so stupid, all of this started going to shit when someone posted literal beastiality in my server, & I had to boot two of my so-called friends after. This one friend, the one I recently kicked to the curb, tried convincing me not to ban them. Thank god I didn't listen.
This friend has been riding my coattails for months and I only just now realized it. The rose-colored glasses came off when they proceeded to tell me how much of a bad friend I was for feeling SUICIDAL and having my phone die on me while I was out of the house. The thing was my husband was trying to cheer me up with an outing that day. And again, my PHONE DIED.
This happened on the 6th of this month. That should've been the time to kill that friendship, but I kept going with it cause I thought I was to blame for all that.
In the end, he was just using me. Manipulating me. Treating me exactly like how other so-called "friends" have treated me.
I think this is a sign from god that I shouldn't make new friends anymore. And I think that might be wise. I can't trust anyone anymore after this.
A little side note, I'm glad I still have some friends who have treated me well in all the time I've known them. We've had out ups and downs, but overall we're stuck together like glue and I'm thankful for that and for them.
Just don't think I'll be making any new friends for a hot minute, it's just... too much right now.
