Chef Karl has a passion for great food and enjoys cooking mouth watering dishes with almost 10 years’ experience in culinary. His passion in culinary started at his young age. He attended Hotel and Catering course in one of the private college in KL. After graduating, he got the opportunity working as a chef in Japanese Restaurant located in Brunei Darussalam and pursued his career in Chinese Restaurant in Australia. He decided going back to home country to find-tuned his skills at a variety 4 Star hotels. Now, he is serving the luxury hotel Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur by handling Asian Kitchen with kitchen crews which led by Chef Matt. His skills is in Japan cuisine and Malaysian Traditional cuisine which includes Malay, Chinese and Indian cooking.
He had also hosted interactive cooking demonstrations for special events in KL and Brunei Darussalam. His biggest achievement was a collaboration with one of the MasterChef Australia Judge, Matt Preston @ Matt Scaravat and his assistants
