Thanks for stopping by! We're Molly and Eric. We've recently moved back to the state of Florida to enjoy the beach, the weather, and all the great things this state has to offer. St. Augustine is now our home.
We enjoy spending time at the beach, on the boat, and dining out. We also love real estate and investing.
