The Tao is the path that leads to enlightenment and self-knowledge. Many think that they know Gōngfu, but the truth is they are still lost. Many think they are Sifu, but they have not learned the basics yet. Foundation is not built by practicing the “mābu”, but is built by self-evaluation , this is the right way to have Wude.
