Info about Mika here, Mika has been controlled by a monster, well. An entity, the picture here describes her not sleeping and traumatized because of the entity. If you are wondering about the entities name they have 2 names you can go by, Akim the reversed version of Mika, or reverseivo. You can find Akim's name reversed in text on the Mika video with a TW, Though the reason why reverseivo is one of the names listed, is because the entity is a reversed version of her.
