What a year it's been. We thought we would have lost the entire crop because of the storm and freezing temperatures a few weeks ago. Not as much as we would have liked but we are thrilled with our Chayote harvest this year.

This In my office for the past week guys. What's a week's it's been since suffering a back injury that has virtually kept me in bed for most of the week to recover.
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers as hopefully the worst is behind me.
It's been an interesting week to say the least because normally I am up and about doing so much work here there and everywhere and for the first time I've had to stop and do absolutely nothing while watching the world go by.
I certainly learned lots of lessons this week on the importance of taking time out.
Sometimes God has to allow certain things to happen in order to get you to slow down or stop π π
Please look after yourselves guys and I hope that the remainder of your week will be a blessed one.
