Sad news: The landlord sent a text the other night that roofers were coming at 8am the next morning. I had to take the whole garden down in a hurry so they could work.
It was a fun experiment while it lasted and i learned a lot

I've been working on my vintage Kenwood for the past week. I made these walnut trim pieces to replace the chipped plywood ones it came with

So, I did a thing and gave a talk at Hackaday Supercon this year, even though I was super nervous beforehand, it was really fun to talk to a bunch of creative people about why they should make weird things.
