Hello viewers.
This coming Saturday 8th February, will mark the 10th Anniversary of the South West Rail Link.
The South West Rail Link was officially opened to the Public from Glenfield to Leppington on the 8th February 2015, four months before the debut of 'Paul's Train Vlogs' on YouTube.
Sadly, there is no Anniversary Party on the South West Rail Link this weekend. We will wait and see what happens between now and the weekend.
There will be a Anniversary Episode of the South West Rail Link will be released this Saturday at the usual time.
Speaking of sad things, we're down on Membership Numbers once again as Paul cannot release any Members Only Content at the present time.
January is a very fickle month on YouTube as regular viewers are away on Holidays and the Algorithm always favours the Bigger Channels and puts the Smaller Transport YouTube Channels at risk of losing momentum.
We are four months away from the 10th Anniversary of Paul's Train Vlogs, please consider becoming a member of Paul's Train Vlogs today by clicking the "Join" Tab and be a member of the Transport Family which will help me, the creator of the channel fund Future equipment and Interstate Trips.
I'd would like to finish the post with a photo of a Rare Sight of a Millennium Train at Emu Plains which occurred on the 31st January 2025.
Please Subscribe to Paul's Train Vlogs and become a Member of Paul's Transport Family.
Thank you.

Hello viewers.
The New Sydney Trains Timetable will be introduced next Sunday 20th October.
I've already had a look at the new timetable, and I've got some positives and negatives about the new timetable.
The positive side of the new timetable is the current Hornsby Round Trip via Epping, Strathfield and North Sydney on a Monday to Friday will be abolished.
Services from Emu Plains and Penrith will now terminate at Hornsby and Berowra respectively. Liverpool to City Circle via Regents Park services have been re-instated for the first time in 11 years.
Revesby to Parramatta Round Trips on a Monday to Friday have been maintained.
The negative side of the new timetable is the savage cuts to Peak Hour Services. For example: Peak Hour Services from St Marys or Mt Druitt to the City have been cut from 10 services per hour to 8 services per hour and making it all stations to Seven Hills which will cause overcrowding in the long term. I'm betting my money on NSW Opposition Leader Mark Speakman and NSW Shadow Transport Spokesperson Natalie Ward will have something to say about the new timetable and they'll demand the Government to reverse the Peak Hour Cuts.
It will be a interesting commute on a Monday Morning of a new timetable. Will it be a success or will it be a flop?
We'll have to wait and see what happens.
Thank you.
