Welcome! I am a licensed trauma therapist and also am a survivor of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD). My passion for helping others started at a very young age.

I first started my career working in community mental health and have tons of experience working with high-trauma populations. I enjoy working on the Advanced Trauma Team at my current workplace. I have met so many amazing survivors of childhood abuse and neglect over the years and feel so privileged to share in their journeys towards healing.
