Looked out the window this morning and realized it was going to be a beautiful sunrise so I grabbed my camera and tripod and rushed out the door. Thankfully it was pretty easy going on our road (a plow had come through opening a single lane) but as soon as I needed to get out of the plowed area, I had to climb over 3ft walls (from the plow) and then through drifts there were up to my thighs at times. I suppose snow shoes would have helped substantially:) It was worth it though as the sunrise was beautiful and I love how the cloud colors reflect off the snow.
