Happy to announce that I will be starting a new production-focused weekly livestream on Tuesday eves (starting 6pm uk time) featuring the work I've been doing with beatbox, looping, voice triggering and ableton live geekery!
As the livestream progresses week on week and I get closer to my goal of creating the ultimate vocal looping and live production system (!), more time will be spent just purely creating music and playing sets of new, old and entirely improvised music. But at first, there will be a lot more playing and experimenting, some of which might be quite technical!
I may eventually make a public stream on twitch and maybe my official YT. But for now I am gonna keep it patron only while it's in this more developmental stage.

It's my massive pleasure to be joined this Friday on our weekly livestream by a modern new school looping master.
Friidon has won the German loopstation championships not once but twice, wowing the judges and crowd alike with his mashup of styles that run the spectrum between hip hop, dancehall, dnb, electronic and experimental sounds.
When I met him in Berlin, a couple of years back Friidon told me that it was videos by myself and Dub FX that started his interest in beatbox looping. Well, talk about the circle (spiral perhaps?) of inspiration! Now it's people like him that are reinspiring us veterans! After jamming with him in Mauer park in Berlin last summer, I was so impressed by this dude's wizardry that I asked him to show me some of the tricks and approaches he uses in creating his awesome RC-505 performances. Well lucky me, and lucky you that he generously accepted and is giving us a full livestream focusing on beatbox looping with the RC-505 as well as a performance and a Q/A session.

Folks, I'm feeling like not much music I've heard recently really excites me that much.
I'm also not much into the whole "10 albums from the past that changed my life" thing on fb. Like I get it memories are nice, but I'm a bit over nostalgia, which seems our go-to covid mode. I want to know what's now, the cool, inspiring stuff from THIS moment.
I want to hear some inspirational shiz! I tend to like nice electronic, bass, downtempo, dnb but then also folk, reggae and hip hoppy things too. Help me out!
