Mosaic Steel Orchestra is made up of middle school students through young adults that live throughout Hampton Roads (7-Cities), Virginia. Jr. Mosaic ensembles serve as feeder groups to mosaic and comprise three (3) elementary/middle school ensembles in the cities Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk, Virginia. Mosaic Steel Orchestra is a community enrichment program sponsored by Multi-cultural Performing Arts Consulting; a 501(c)3 corporation providing access to ethnic arts instruction, performances and workshops to the Hampton Roads Community.
