This is the first year we've not done "Christmas School". Instead we are doing super basic cores and spending the rest of our day doing whatever. It's been really lovely and I absolutely adore the simplicity that is happening right now. Math gets done daily which makes me feel good, but we are also enjoying the slower pace of the season which is even better! Hopefully your finding your perfect fit this season also.
