I went on a missions trip to Skid Row, Los Angeles in southern California. We had a privilege to talk to the people who live on the streets, face to face. While I was there, I met Levi. Levi was a man who was born in a family of eight children. After his parents split, he got addicted to alcohol and weed, which caused him to run away and end up on the streets of Skid Row. After fighting to get clean in the course of nine years, he got cleaned. He committed his life to Christ and serves Him everyday on the streets. I asked Levi what advice he has for me, and he pointed to Philippians 4:13. He said "Stay focused!"
