Hey, what's up? It's been a good while since I last did a proper channel update.
TL;DR: Busy with school so new uploads are slowing down, channel is now monetized and YT livestreams are no more.
First, the lack of new content: In August, I started studying software development. I've been doing programming as a hobby for a long time now, so I'm incredibly glad that I got accepted! However, this has taken a good chunk of my time and energy, causing me to easily get burned out. I'm not going to quit making music, but I want you to be aware that new uploads will slow down quite a bit while I'm busy with school.
Monetization: Just a week ago, I got a notification from YouTube that my channel is now eligible for monetization. So I signed up, and a day later my channel got access to memberships and supers! My channel doesn't quite meet the requirements for ad revenue yet, but we'll hopefully get there eventually. Supers have been enabled, but I'm still trying to think of good ideas for membership rewards. If you have any suggestions, let me know down in the comments.
Livestreams: In the past couple weeks I've been experimenting with mirroring my livestreams over to my YouTube channel, since Twitch's Terms of Service now allows multistreaming. I thought it would be a good way to boost my channel a bit and to get some new people over to watch my streams, but overall it seemed to have a negative effect on my YouTube channel according to analytics. I get that most of my audience is more interested in music rather than gaming content. Managing streams on YouTube is also kind of a pain, so I made the decision to stop streaming on YouTube and file this off as a failed experiment. I will still be streaming over on my Twitch channel, if you're interested.

Happy summer!
I decided to reupload a tune that I originally made for my cancelled Tetris fangame all the way back in 2022. Out of the four tunes that I made, this one is my personal favorite. I may upload the other tracks at a later date, bur for the time being they're available for listening on my SoundCloud.

I'm thinking about creating gaming content on my channel in addition to chiptune music, namely videos about Doom (1993) and various retro gaming stuff. Maybe I'll create highlight videos of my Twitch streams.
Doom is a game that means a lot to me. I've spend thousands of hours playing all kinds of custom levels and mods. I've even created levels myself (In fact, I'm working on one right now!). There's tons of potential video content to be made.
