縄手晴天（なわてはるたか/ナワテハルタカ）
札幌生まれ。
中学時代から60'-80'年代の音楽に影響を受け、マルチトラックレコーダー(BOSS Micro BR)使いながら作曲・多重録音によるレコーディングを始める。
2018年 ミニアルバム「One Third of My Experiment」をリリース。収録曲「Reason」は高文連北海道音楽大会にて優秀賞受賞。
2021年 アルバム"Nawate Harutaka" をリリース。
2023年 シングル "君はSummer Girl / 新大阪" タワーレコード札幌PARCO店にてCD発売。
2024年 平田理来と"TIGHTROPE"結成。1st Album "TIGHTROPE"をリリース。
第53回札幌人形劇祭大人の部門 最優秀賞を受賞した人形劇団くるるの『三匹のオオカミ』に楽曲を提供する。
