In May of this year, I started a band with a few of my friends. The group was made at first to help me achieve my dream of writing an album.
For those who have known me for a while, you have probably seen the large amount of low quality "songs" I would make during quarantine and post on YouTube. Although a majority of the videos are unlisted now.
I began actually writing music in February of this year. The night that I thought of the melody for what is now the 2nd track on the album, I had started drafting tons of different ideas for how I could write an album.
That's when I put together Butterfly Effect, which fully started just a few months after. Putting together both the band and the album has not only allowed me to learn a lot about songwriting, producing, and guitar, but it's taught me a lot about myself. It will not be the last time we make music!
