Hello everyone!
My name is Evelina and I have always wanted to share my passion for yoga with the world. After years of practising and taking my yoga teacher training course I started teaching only to find out how little I know. Slowly with time and practice I found out that what you learn teaching is invaluable compared to what you read in the books. This practical experience is what I'd like to share with you.
Yoga is not just a beautiful pose against the sunset sky, it is not only for the fit and young. Yoga is for everyone! Even for the people who think they can never touch their toes. Yoga is transformation both of body and mind. It heals, connects and shifts perspectives.
