Stream, or no stream?

Here's a bit of an update on the state of this channel. I am still working on junk, but I've been set back a few months since I scrapped the work I was doing on a minutemen video. I was actually working on this minutemen tribute for about 4 months, but I dropped the whole thing after I came to 1 minute of time left in the song I was using, but not enough story nor dialogue to fulfill that time. Now I'm working on a 'Machinima'/short film kind of thingamabobber.
So now is when I have a question for those who care. If I were to stream myself working on this project in the form of animating, recording, or editing, would you bother watch it? I know that people are interested in how I do my work, so some people actually be entertained by watching me make stuff. Also, If I were to do this streaming thing, there wouldn't be any set schedule as to when a stream goes live. I would just stream when I feel like it, and if I think I have something cool to show off.
So, what do you think?
