Hey I gotta delay the vid by a little bit (aiming for tomorrow morning) but as an apology please enjoy this important bonus content: my Wawa order. Thanks for your patience gamers! Items tech vid is finally done, scheduling it for tomorrow @ 6PM ET. As you'll see, it got a bit out of hand, probably the most time I've spent making a video since a certain Brawler vid. But I'm very excited to hear what everyone thinks! I learned a lot making it myself, and I think some of the tech in there will surprise people (cursed image below.)
As for Item Breakers, don't worry, it isn't going anywhere. Schedule might get a bit weird but at the very least we'll be doing the Patreon voted eps every month. Things have been busy lately for my fellow Item Breakers, and we want to make sure every new episode is fresh. On my end, I'm excited to finally make all the stupid video ideas in my notebook. Mark my words... starting tomorrow, we will be twirling our forks deeper than ever before into this game's engine, to access the incredible, delicious spaghetti within. Yes I am hungry.

I've seen some comments recently asking about specific tech we use on Item Breakers, so I've been working on a video explaining all the practical item tech I can think of! Let me know if there's a tech/mechanic/combo in particular you want me to talk about.
Sadly I had to delay this fortnight's IB for scheduling reasons (we got 2 special guests playing, should be fun) so I'll be posting that item tech video in a couple days instead. Hope to see everyone mashing fancy instatosses and autocancel item pickups soon??

Hey folks, I've been thinking about something lately while on my meditative journey through Microsoft Paint hell. It might sound wack at first, but hear me out. Basically I wanted to hear your input on potentially making Item Breakers a bi-weekly series starting next month.
All your support on Patreon has seriously got me very excited for the future, and as I mentioned I got some big plans I'm already working on. But setting all this up has kinda made me realize how little time there is for anything besides Item Breakers in my life right now. Between labbing, recording and editing, each ep is a 5 day project in a 7 day week: ~70% of my total time. Thankfully I'm not feeling burned out at all - in fact, thanks to all this recent madness, I'd say I'm feeling more motivated than I've ever been before. But right now, it's simply a question of how much time there is in a week. Assembling teams of TOs, discussing projects with an editor, writing scripts that don't make me want to die - these are things that will take more than 30% of my time.
Now, like I said, trying to bring some good vibes to people's Wednesdays is a big deal to me, and losing that isn't something I take lightly. But I think that switching to a more relaxed schedule is actually a chance to make Item Breakers really shine. Not only would I be able to polish eps more & take bigger risks as an editor, but the whole team would be able to spend WAY more time labbing each individual item. My dream is for every single episode to make people see the intro clip and go "wtf did I just witness" - and then I want the rest of each ep to be absolute insanity to match, full of absurd new tech, strategies, and yes, Fun Facts™. Biweekly, I'm confident we could make that happen. I mean, Spritzy has been terrifying me lately... so imagine if he had MORE time to lab...???
ANYWAY, those are just my thoughts for now, so please let me know what you think! If I get the feeling from your responses that weekly uploads should stay, then don't worry, they'll stick around. In that case, the content/events I promised on my Patreon will 100% still happen, but they might take a bit of time as I try to streamline this weekly schedule.
So that's what's been on my mind! Looking forward to hearing from everyone & I'll update you soon in a video. And of course I'll be uploading the Banana Gun ep for sure this Wednesday (I'm happy to say it ended up being pretty darn intense.)
