This channel is outdated. I have discovered a group of incredibly talented people who are doing crazy work in finding High Quality versions of Club Penguin tracks, much better than anything I've managed to do. I HIGHLY recommend you subscribe to their channel. (This will be my last post here.)

They have made incredible strides in the search effort, including finding some songs thought to have been completely lost. Not only that, but they have a comprehensive spreadsheet listing the best known version of any given Club Penguin track, with links to download included!
Again, please migrate to their channel, as I'll be helping them from now on, and won't be posting here anymore.
I hope everyone understands, this is the best move for me and the community, as it's better to have a united channel rather than two competing ones.
