So Mihoyo just gave out some good rewards finally! Here are my thoughts on the whole anniversary dillema:
This is a good step in the right direction for Mihoyo, but to be completely honest this whole anniversary fiasco could have been avoided if instead of banning, silencing the community for asking questions about the anniversary, they could have been communicating more to the playerbase...
(And yes even just asking got many people banned in HoyoLab, Disord and etc.)
I know some people got toxic about it and did the whole review bomb thing but you can see where they came from, I personally don't agree with it but hey I understand the frustration.
Personally and looking at the context clues and everything that happened it doesnt add up that this was "planned"... If it was planned then they got a very poor management. If you saw from the get go that people are asking questions and asking for updates, why not just give a little tease instead of staying silent and silencing those who are asking?
Giving a little wink to let the community know something is coming instead of leaving them out of it could have calmed down the situation alot. So yeah I kinda don't think this was planned BUT I do think it was the right choice considering what has happened.
I might be wrong but I just wanted to point it out. Also some people I talked to said these wings were meant to be part of a bundle that was leaked that cost 30USD originally. (I still have yet to confirm this so pls take this with a grain of salt)
On the other side of things, I know we all love the game and we really enjoy being a part of the world. But we can also point out things that can be improved on and not be toxic about it.
Toxicity ain't the answer, be it player or developer 😂 so let's just be happy Mihoyo is taking the right steps right now in the current situation.
I for one will still support genshin all the way ♥️

Currently downloading PSO2: New Genesis an MMO i've been waiting for, i have played the original PSO2 way back when PSO2 Sea was still a thing haha I stopped playing the game since they shut down the servers!
