Quick update from last night! The channel has officially rebranded from Tecmo Super Bowl Gamer to Retro Football Rewind! You may still see the old name in a few upcoming videos over the next few weeks, but moving forward, all content will feature the new name. Hope you all like the change and continue to enjoy the content—thanks for being part of the community!

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the videos! About a month ago I posted about some upcoming changes to the channel regarding the channel name. I gave 4 options to choose from in a poll and the name that won was Retro Football Rewind! Over the next week or so you will see the channel move from being called the Tecmo Super Bowl Gamer to the new Retro Football Rewind name. The focus of the channel will not change and will continue to be on playing Tecmo Super Bowl with the additional video of other classic games we all love to play. I am excited for the future of the channel and this awesome community that you all have helped build!

Exciting Channel Update!
Over the past year this channel and our community has grown a lot. Over the past few months, I’ve been considering a name change for the channel, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you all. There are two main reasons for this potential change:
1. Under the current channel name, Tecmo Super Bowl, is copyrighted, and I’d like to transition to something more original.
2. I’ve been thinking about occasionally featuring videos of other classic games I enjoy playing, alongside Tecmo Super Bowl content.
Now, I want to emphasize that the main focus of the channel will not be changing. The overwhelming majority of content will still revolve around Tecmo Super Bowl. However, this change would allow for a bit more flexibility while also giving the channel a unique identity.
That said, I don’t want to make this decision without hearing from you—the amazing community we’ve built here. I’ve listed four potential channel names in the poll below, and I’d love to know which one you think would be the best fit. If you have any additional thoughts or suggestions, feel free to share them in the comments—I’d love to hear your input!
