Lovebirds Mai Tai
- 2 oz Plantation 3 Star @planterayrum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur @giffardusa
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Barspoons Ube Jam @azo_pacificrimfoods
Dry shake to dissolve jam, then whip shake and dump into chilled tumbler. Top with fresh ice, then garnish with lime (wedge or wheel is ok, bowl is best) and fresh mint (not pictured). Serve forth to someone who loves purple and get ready to fly south for the winter. ❤️
