Currently, I live in Vietnam, where I'm immersed in the stunning surroundings of one of the world's most breathtaking sea resorts. My main endeavor is teaching yoga, a discipline I discovered early in my career as a professional ex-dancer. In my pursuit of mastery, I embarked on a transformative journey to India, where I delved deeply into the study of yoga.

Apart from yoga, I'm interested in all things related to wellness and personal development. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to undergo training with the remarkable Wim Hof, which opened my eyes to the wonders of cold and ice swimming.
