S4CR4L (pronounced “sacral”) is the pseudonym of Tyler Hancock, a songwriter and music producer from Southern California. S4CR4L aims to create sounds that transport the listener to another space and time, using his unique blend of genres and influences. S4CR4L writes and sings his own lyrics in much of his work. He prefers to work solo and create his music in his own space, without the pressure or interference of others. His introversion makes him unique and relatable as a songwriter and music producer, as it inspires his dark and emotional sounds, his personal and expressive lyrics, and his intimate and atmospheric visual works.
