Efficient fruit and vegetable chopping
I recommend two affordable knives on Amazon:
1) The Winco KC-501 Chinese Cleaver for easy vegetable chopping and scooping
2) The Cuisinart 3.5" paring knife for detailed work.
Both are easy to clean with single-piece steel construction.
For sharpening, I use the Messermeister 10” Diamond Oval Sharpening Rod, though any diamond sharpening rod works well.
