Looking at the engagement… this piece clearly means a lot to many of you. To put some context behind it, this painting is a hybrid of my “Rise” collection - this collection has a male and female version both depicting a Phoenix, rising from the ashes of the persons life below it.
Depression affects us all in one way or another at some point in our lives and I think it’s important to remember that the very moment you’re bursting into flames is also the moment things can really look up! This comes in waves for a lot of people, a cycle that seems impossible to break. This week I had the privilege of attending the UK sneak preview of Deadpool And Wolverine. It was great to see all my creator chums and witness such an epic release! Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman also joined us with the rest of the crew to talk about the movie and they are every bit as brilliant off camera as they are on! Trust me when I say you HAVE to see this movie on release day! (26th July)
