Winston Ho 何嶸 is an independent historian and published writer, specializing in modern China and Chinese American history in New Orleans. He was a graduate student in the Department of History at the University of New Orleans (UNO) 紐奧良大學歷史學系, and he holds an undergraduate degree in history and the Chinese language from the Department of History and the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures at Rutgers University in New Jersey 羅格斯大學東亞語言文化系歷史學系. He also studied at the Mandarin Training Center (MTC) at National Taiwan Normal University 國立台灣師範大學國語教學中心 and at the Beijing Language and Culture University (BCLU) 北京语言大学. Mr. Ho is employed as a public historian at The Historic New Orleans Collection. He is the son of Taiwanese parents and a native of New Orleans.
