How do you organize your days? My most efficient days are when I use a planner and stay focused. I've also been reading a lot of Earl Nightengale lately and Napolean Hill. They both definitely help me to keep my eyes on my goals and the excitement in my heart to accomplish those goals! How do you stay organized and productive during the day?

Affirmation Journaling is not writing about all your worries in a diary. It's creating and writing affirmations of HOW you want your life to look, your desires, your dreams and your goals. I have found throughout my life that when I write things, they tend to happen. I was able to write a book with Joe Vitale from the Secret thanks to my Affirmation Journal... and I also had "work with Louise Hay", may she rest in peace. Recently I was told by my distributor that they are partnering with Hay House and my meditations will be made available there - VERY exciting to me and another dream come true! So FOCUS your mind, create your affirmations and use them. Don't get bogged down by what the collective is creating and what others are doing. Create your world and experiences that you desire to bring into reality by constantly focusing on them. Repeat your affirmations daily (preferably morning and night in bed) and maintain a positive attitude of expectance - KNOWING you will be blessed and manifest your thoughts.

Are you starting to experience the New Earth (manifesting faster, more connection to others, more telepathy, connections/synchronicities so obvious it makes you LOL, etc)?

Dear friends,

So much has happened over the last year. I have not seen 2021 and yet here we are almost at the end of the year. I moved across the country and adopted two doggies - one (was) a puppy and the other a 14-year-old belly-band senior. Both were unwanted by their previous families but they are a true JOY to my life every single day. They show me the meaning of unconditional love, of living in the moment. One is fiercely independent & sassy and the other is a stage 5 clinger. lol I feel blessed every day to wake up to them snuggling close, giving me kisses and being the true wiggly butts dogs are.

I have revisited a lot of good books, prayed and meditated a lot, thought about priorities and freedoms.

In my heart, I am constantly reminded to stay uplifted. Yes, things have and are changing rapidly in our world... but we have every reason to remain with open hearts knowing that THE LIGHT wins... We are children of God, a little piece of God, connected to one another through our Higher Selves. Have you felt the inner changes of intuition and manifestation? I am continually in awe of flow when we stay in the right place (heart space). DO NOT LET DARKNESS NOR FEAR grip you... know without a doubt that things are evolving. YOU ARE LOVED!

Much love to you my friends,
Mel

Huge shifts are taking place in the world right now, and shifts are taking place in our own hearts and in our lives. Every day my friends, do something to help you along on your soul's path, because you will see that as you yourself shift, change and grow, you also affect others, inspire others, and relate and connect differently and THIS, helps others too.

I keep my mind open
My heart filled with love...
I trust that the things that are meant for me, will find their way to me, and other things will fall away.

I encourage you to focus on your healing, and moving forward with your soul's work... THIS is where you will find that permanent joy that temporary things like money, sex, reaching new goals, new romantic relationships, coveted job promotions won't give you...

♥♥♥ You are here on purpose. Use your time wisely. ♥♥♥

Understanding healthy boundaries and self-care....

There is always HURT, under anger.

It's our job to heal ourselves, not others. We each come into this life with our own responsibilities, and our healing IS our own responsibility. You cannot do the work for another.

Having said that, if you find yourself lashing out at others, be compassionate with that pain. Try to sit with it and understand its core. Where is it coming from? Feelings want to be validated and just FELT. Sometimes anger comes from a place of being invalidated so very often when we are younger that it constantly seeps out all over the place as we get older. Anger becomes a habit if we are not careful.

Understanding that others lashing out comes from a place of unhealed wounds also helps us be more compassionate with them, more understanding. It doesn't get them a free pass to treat us badly, not at all - we still must have firm and healthy boundaries for our own mental health, but at least it helps us understand that there is pain there. Healthy people are not constantly angry and lashing out at others. They don't constantly play the victim and blame the world for their personal woes.

So the next time you see someone getting angry, take heart... it's really NOT ABOUT YOU.

And the next time YOU find yourself getting angry and lashing out, ask yourself where it's coming from. ♥
