I am a Theravada Buddhist monk from India. I did my graduation in general studies from India and in Buddhism from Myanmar. I was a school teacher previously and being so, I have experience about worldly life. For not finding any happiness in lay life, I have quit it and presently leading a spiritual life with both practical (meditation practice of concentration and insight for 10 years) and theoretical approaches. The Buddha's teachings was collectively one but now two main sects are seen; Mahayana and Theravada. Among them there grew again sub sects. Each of different groups have their distinct Buddhist traditions. Thus, there appeared Myanmar, Thai, Cambodia, Laos, Srilanka and Indian Buddhist traditions of Theravada and China, Korea, Japan and Taiwan Buddhist traditions of Mahayana. Based on these different Buddhist groups, this channel will try to provide actual facts, incidents etc. and leads you to get seeing into the seeing of things as they really are.
