The Story Behind an Asian Dish:
Being in the Hospitality industry all my life, my favourite task is storytelling. My cooking videos are a way for me to tell a story about the ingredients and share my love for food with you. I love to create #唔中唔西 #notsowesternjustalittleasian recipes that are Asian-influenced with a Western twist.
Each dish has a story, and it is my passion to entertain you with what I learn from each dish. I invite different people to cook with me and chat about their experiences with food. Thanks to my wonderful production team, I now focus on uncovering everything there is to know about the signature dish, and I hope you enjoy watching it just as much as we enjoy producing each video.
