The South Hampshire Branch is a self-funded branch of the National Autistic Society and run entirely by volunteers.
The Branch provides a variety of activities across Southern Hampshire and Southampton including a parent support group, family youth club, children’s social group, adults social group, partners' support group, resource library, contact with other local support groups and access to a wealth of advice and information.
Autism is a lifelong disability which affects how people communicate and interact with the world. There are approximately 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK. Without the right support or understanding, autistic people can miss out on an education, struggle to find work and become extremely isolated. The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and build a society that works for autistic people.
We welcome anyone for whom our group may be a helpful resource.
