From BBQ beginnings, Australian rock band From Scratch formed in the great lockdown of 2020. The band, consisting of, Steve Caperna (keyboard/guitar/vocals), Robbie Gentilcore (guitar/vocals), Michael Gramazio (bass/vocals) and Chris Jackson (drums), had no shortage of ideas working together to bring their musical ideas to life.
Falling In brings to the forefront strong guitar and keyboard melodies accompanied with well thought-out vocal storytelling. With a large age variation, the band draws life experience from different generational perspectives to inspire their lyrics.
Influences from Queen, Muse, Incubus and Mutemath can be heard throughout the band’s music with addition of their own flare and creativity. Having found inspiration in lockdown, Falling In wishes to perform and write music that connect to a diverse audience.
