The musical DIY collective Limb is a combination of creativity in the form of shades of an esoteric, subcultural-genre intellectual concept, which compares metaphysical lyrical poetry and Alternative-metal.
Metaphysical lyrical poetry, approximately and literally, is intellectualism, complicated metaphors, symbolism, what is beyond the physical world: meditativeness, philosophy, a tendency to expand the boundaries of time and space, consciousness, associativity, conceptuality, synthesis of arts, the rapprochement of distant ideas, mysticism and etc.
Alternative metal, roughly and literally, is a mixture of heavy metal with alternative rock, psychedelic rock, indie rock. Characteristics are the heavy guitar riffs inherent in metal, sophistication, non-standardized lyrics, and unusual technical techniques. This is a different look at heavy metal, and it is also a synthesis of metal with other musical genres.
