Welcome to Caputo Brothers Creamery!! We are a small, family-owned cheese business located in Spring Grove, PA. We make the country's only naturally fermented cheese curd that can be stretched into fresh fior di latte (cow's milk mozzarella) - just like we learned to make in Italy!! We also make a whey-based ricotta and aged 'pasta-filata' style cheeses. You can find our cheeses in restaurants all over the country, and you can get them delivered to your door, too!
Besides the cheese business, we also lead culinary tours to Italy throughout the year!! We hope you'll enjoy our videos and learn a little more about what we do!
