So , I barely use this now but it is generally a catalogue of videos from my 18?! years of Parkour training...
Been training since 05 when we formed Fluidity Freerun , Welsh based professional freerunning group. Over the years we have done all sorts of career defining wor;ldwidework. Lots has come and gone - this here for the archives :)
Our new venture is Fluidity Freerun Academy, the largest indoor parkour center that was our 12 year dream to create. We have been open 6 years now in Cardiff - this is now my life currently. I hope to make more videos one day and claw back at my youth and peak - enjoy the nostalgia here , we came a long way!
