This is a channel to share knowledge for anything and everything that I think may be helpful to someone out there....just everyday stuff...could range from how to cook kung pao chicken, exercise, health and beauty etc etc....I hope someone can benefit from what I've learned and can incorporate the knowledge I've learned into their daily lives.
