The Killers Intention! This is an ability that literally makes you win and I'm sure certain Blue Lock Characters have this. Let me explain...

I used to play table tennis every thursday against my best friend. Even though we both started at the same time, and neither of us trained outside of our matches, he consistently beat me EVERY week! It's not that I was bad, I was always close to winning but at the end he always won. After about 2 months of constantly getting cooked, I started feeling bad about it and wondered what was wrong. One Thursday, while getting thrashed, I noticed something that changed everything!

As my friend was winding up his serve, I noticed his face. His eyes were locked, tongue sticking out, his breathing was intense. I noticed the look on his his face and realized that he had this absolute intention do destroy me. Then I noticed myself. I was relaxed, I wanted to win but I was fine with losing. I didn't have a strong intention to win. He had what I call ' The Killer's Intention'.

He and I both trained football and freestyle for hours every day. He went onto becoming the national freestyle champ twice and placed 2nd in the World Champs! I only won the national champs once (after I figured out the Killers Intention)

I realized that he and other world class athletes have the same 'Killer's Intention' when training as well as when competing. They had it naturally. They had this natural ability to want to win. I didn't have that. I had a loser's mentality who was okay with losing.

After having this realization I spent a week thinking about it, and as soon as I realized that it was something I could control, I started winning! The following week, before our weekly table tennis match. I said to myself ' I'm making the intention to win!'. Something magical happened afterwards. My focus got sharpened, my energy levels went up and I got this crazy determination to win. For the first time ever, I beat my friend in a table tennis match!

I still use it today and see it work. Sometimes I'll play against some fierce opponents but as soon as I turn on the killers intention, I turn into the predator.

To do the killer's intention, simply say the words 'I'm making the intention to (your goal)'. Then put energy behind it by imagining yourself powering up. I imagine myself turning super saiyan with energy flowing out of me.

Try it, and let me know what the results.

Rin Itoshi Video dropping soon! I'll teach you his mighty curved shots! You might be wondering? How do you get flow?
Here's what I learnt from my experience with flow. The first time I experienced it was after months of hard training.
I was playing a 3 v 3 pickup at the park. After a few minutes of playing, something strange happened. My body was moving on it's own. I was reacting super quickly to things and could predict my opponents movements with ease. My movements were super efficient and I dissected my opponents with little effort, even though these guys were better than me at the time.

Flow is simply when your body connects to your subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is tons more powerful than our conscious mind. When you think consciously, you're a bit slow. When your subconscious kicks in, you make decisions within split seconds.

Now if you have nothing in your subconscious, then obviously your subconscious won't feed you anything. So only after 1000's of repetitions of training skills, will skills get stored in your subconscious.

So get training my friends.

Till the next training session

Hello Legends. So I've decided to make some extra long videos for you guys. The Blue Lock videos are usually short and not too detailed, for algorithm purposes. So these long videos will go into even further details on the skills you want to learn. What do you think?

The Final step in becoming ultra skillful? So I told you how I got humiliated by the National team player, I got laughed at by my own team mates after he nutmegged me. If you've ever been nutmegged, you know the humiliation. I felt frustrated and embarrassed. It felt like my level was so beneath my opponents, how was I ever going to beat them? Yet, 2 months later, I destroyed the national team player.

I found a secret online, and then started training. I started learning things I could never imagine doing. It was our summer vacation, and all I did was train for hours everyday. When school started again, my target was clear, I wanted to destroy my opponents. I was tired of being the weakling that everyone picked on.

It was the first day back, and as usual I joined a pickup game during recess. It was 10 v 10. Luckily I was playing against the national team player. Everyone put me in defense as usual, since they thought I sucked.

I kept running forward though, eager to get the ball. Even though my team mates were shouting at me, I ignored them.

I got the ball, and immediately charged forward. I saw the national team player and went for him. I could see the confidence and arrogance in his face as I approached him, he knew he could take the ball of me easily. As I approached him, he got into a jockey position. I cut right and he stretched his leg out, I pulled the ball back with my left foot, and then pushed it through his legs with my right foot. He didn't even realize that he got nutmegged. Straight after that, his best friend came charging in with force, looking to take me out. I saw him coming, waited for the tackle and gave him a nutmeg as well. Everybody lost their minds! Me? The weakest guy in the school just destroyed the best 2 players in the school within a minute. After that, I started juggling and did an Around the World to show off. At the time, it was the first Around The World they had ever seen IRL. Since that day, no one disrespected me in football again.

So what changed? I told you about technique, and also about skill muscles (in my previous posts) The final ingredient was BELIEF! You can train for hours, but if your belief level is low your training will be weak. If you have insane level of belief in yourself, your training will get super charged.

Step one: scrutinize videos on skills to understand the technique
Step two: Repeat the technique over and over again to build skill muscles
Step three: Train with Insane belief in yourself

Until our next training session

How to Learn Crazy Skills Like Nagi?

In my last post, I told you how I started as a total weakling in football and got humiliated. The worst time was when a new kid joined our school. He played for the national U15 team. I watched him play one day, and he totally destroyed the defense with super smooth touches.

During lunch break, I joined a pickup game on the field, and he was on the other team. Everyone always put me in defense because the better players wanted to play in front. I was determined to stop this national player.

He dribbled past our players and came close to me. I noticed he always moved right first and then cut left, so I wasn’t going to fall for his first trick. Just like I expected, he moved right first. Instead of going for the tackle, I waited for his next move. He cut to the left, and I knew I had him. I intercepted with force! I thought I had the ball, but instead, it went through my legs! He did a third skill I didn’t see coming. He scored an easy goal after that.

He laughed at me, the other team laughed at me, and even my own teammates laughed at me. I felt so embarrassed.

Even though I started at zero and the national team player was way ahead of me, it only took a few months of training before I completely beat him. I’ll share that story in my next post.

In my last post, I talked about technique and the parts that make up good technique. The next step to learning a skill is by building “skill muscles.”

Even though Nagi is a natural and seems to have these skills without trying, the truth is no one can get these skills without building skill muscles first.

For easy skills, you don’t need strong skill muscles, and you can build them with just a few hours of training.

For difficult skills, you need a lot more training before you can build these skill muscles.

THE ONLY WAY TO BUILD SKILL MUSCLES is by constantly repeating the technique of the skill you’re working on.

For example, if you want to learn the Around The World. Even if you know the technique, your legs might still be too slow, and you won’t get it. But if you practice it for 1 hour every day, in a month, you’ll build the muscles that give you the speed and strength to do an Around The World. So don’t worry if you’re not getting any skills right now—you probably just need to keep training, and your skill muscles will get stronger.

Until our next training session...
