merry christmas to each and every one of you. as we close out another year, i want to take a moment to remind you how special and deserving you are. this year may have brought its share of ups and downs, but through it all, youāve made it. youāve survived another year, and that alone is something to be proud of. youāve shown so much strength, resilience, and courage, even on days when it felt like too much.
i want you to know from the bottom of my heart that i genuinely love and appreciate you. your presence, your kindness, and the way you show up in the world matters more than you may realize. this holiday season, i hope you find moments of peace and joy, and more than anything, i hope you remember to take care of yourself. youāve been through a lot, and you deserve all the happiness in the world. love yourself, cherish yourself, and allow yourself to feel proud of how far youāve come.
