Life can push you around or knock you down if you’re not careful. 😟

But if you seek balance in all things, you’ll make it easier to stay on your feet and in the game. 👍🏼

Try this! Balance on one foot for three minutes… then the other. 👞

While you’re there, practice a little “square breathing”: inhale for 4 slow counts… hold for 4… exhale for 4… wait for 4. 🫁

That’s a good start! Take control of your body and mind and give yourself a fighting chance! 😁👊🏼
