God creates life. Humans create illusions. This is my illusion. We create illusions of who God is--that's why there are so many religions. Kingdoms of spirits indwell our flesh and influence our illusions. That's how they control us. Spirits are real. Illusions are not real. The Holy Spirit is the Creator and exists in every living organism. All other spirits are created. These kingdoms are within. Like the Native American proverb about the two wolves--the one that wins is the one you feed. One touch of the Holy Spirit has more wisdom than thousands of years studying. More wisdom in a slow stream. Slower breathing slows the heart and heals the soul. Every breath, every heartbeat is a gift. Slower food intake allows the eyes of your heart to focus on spirit. Espíritu Santo is saying "Vamonos, vamos. Come on, let's go" Get ready for battle. Stay the course. Espiritu Santo knows the winds and seas and they obey. Be humble.
